Susan B. Anderson was a shining example of someone who lived a life for others. She was thought of by many as the most giving and thoughtful person they knew. She was also the mom of two amazing children who have attended Camp HLC. As a teacher and volunteer, Susan dedicated her life to helping others. In August 2014, at 50 years old, Susan was diagnosed with ALS. She passed away just a year and a half later, but kept her beautiful smile and selflessness throughout her journey.
