Shannon Sullivan enthusiastically joined HLC as Executive Director in June 2022, after 5 years volunteering with the organization. She has a history working with a wide-range of diverse and vulnerable populations across the hospital and healthcare industry. Shannon has spent the last 10 years providing resources, services and support to those living with ALS and their families. Shannon worked for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the ALS Association, as the Care Services Manager.

Michella Larch is a multimedia communications expert, with more than eleven years of experience as an Emmy nominated news reporter, anchor, and producer. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She joined the HLC team in April of 2022 to make a difference in the lives of kids who have or had a parent with ALS, and to share their inspiring stories.

Linda Sermons is a mission delivery professional, specializing in program development, delivery, and evaluation. She has a passion to serve others, and to be a part of a mission bigger than herself. Linda has worked with both national nonprofits such as Girls Inc. and the American Cancer Society, as well as local organizations, like Project Morry and Dream Factory Brooklyn. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Linda brings her extensive knowledge in both community service, volunteer management, and leadership to Hope Loves Company.
